Hotel Policies

  • All rooms are subject to state and local taxes, as well as a resort fee of $6.75 per day.
  • Rates are based on an occupancy of 2 adults. $10.00 additional charge for each extra adult per night.
  • Rates subject to change without notice.
  • Weekend rates apply to Friday and Saturday (Sundays may be included on Holiday weekends).
  • Check in at 4pm daily, check out at 11am.
  • No pets allowed.
  • All reservations require a 50% non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking.
  • Cancellations must be made within 7 days prior to arrival.
  • One (1) parking space per unit. Some parking is off-site and all parking is first come, first served.
  • Everyone in the room must be 18 or older with valid ID to check in. Only exception is, if a minor child has parent or legal guardian staying with them.
  • 100% non-smoking (including balconies).
